M.S./H.S. Group Performance Training

  • Middle School (M.S.) is 6th-8th grade and High School (H.S.) is 9th-12th grade

Body strength is an important aspect to the game of basketball which is why we created our very own strength and conditioning for the basketball athlete. In these sessions we focus on speed, agility, lower and upper body strength. Our trainings consist of plyometric and callisthenic exercises along with resistant band training to avoid strenuous weight on the bones and muscles. Build your body to be a stronger faster and more athletic basketball athlete.
